Hi all. If I have a `trio_matrix` object, can I check if there’s a way to check the concordance of the genotype calls of the proband and the mother and annotate it for the probands? Currently I’m exporting the data to do it, but I wonder if there’s a more organic way to do it.

Does this mean compute de novo state? Do you have an example of what you want to compute/check?
