# Example of using Hail in Ganna et. al. publication

I think it’s fantastic that Ganna et. al. has already used Hail in a published manuscript!! Beating you guys to the official publication.🍣 The github README can be misinterpreted by some (including myself) that there would be example commands or a link to such in the online methods for this manuscript. There is an introduction to hail as promised but nothing that can be usable for future users.

Also, the manuscript is behind a paywall so you may want to also link to a free copy or the bioRxiv copy (i.e. [http://biorxiv.org/content/biorxiv/early/2016/06/06/050195.full.pdf](http://biorxiv.org/content/biorxiv/early/2016/06/06/050195.full.pdf))
