# GWAS results abnormal

After I finished hl.linear\_regression\_rows, I input what I get to FUMA and I get the abnormal QQplot. What steps might go wrong?

Hi @guido ,

We’re not familiar with FUMA, so I can’t comment on what the issue might be.

I recommend instead using the Hail QQ plot as described in [our GWAS Tutorial](https://www.hail.is/docs/0.2/tutorials/01-genome-wide-association-study.html).
