Hello,

Is there a way to identify independent associations, using LD, in a given locus? Similar to the plink `--clump` function or GCTA-cojo?

I could just export the GWAS results to a table and use these tools, but I was wondering if there was a way to do a similar thing in Hail.

Thanks,
-Jonathan

Hail does not currently support this functionality. I recommend exporting and using plink.
