# Non diploid and multiallelic genotypes issues

Hi, I have a problem. I imported a multivcf and, tried to run impute sex and inbreeding functions. While trying this, I met an error. Error summary: Hail doesn’t support non diploid or multiallelic genotypes. Although I checked and removed the variants like that, the problem wasn’t solved. I’m waiting for your help.
