I have a summary statistic for which I don’t have a MAF column. I would like to know what is the best way to obtain this information using rs id or CHR:POS:REF: ALT data?

PS: I’m new to Hail!

Thanks in advance

the minor allele frequency is not a global property of a specific locus, but rather a property of a locus _in a specific sample cohort_. If you’re trying to look up the MAF of the dataset used to compute the summary statistic, you’re going to need access to the raw data used.
