# Skat\_table qq-plot

It seems to be not further possible to  
submit ‘skat\_table.p\_value’ to hl.plot.qq.

I received the following error message.

skat\_table = hl.skat(key\_expr=burden\_ds.gene,  
weight\_expr=burden\_ds.weight,  
logistic=True,  
y=burden\_ds.caco,  
x=burden\_ds.GT.n\_alt\_alleles(),  
covariates=[1])

In [43]: type(skat\_table)  
Out[43]: hail.table.Table

p = hl.plot.qq(skat\_table.p\_value)

AttributeError: Table instance has no field, method, or property ‘select\_rows’  
Did you mean:  
Table methods: ‘select\_globals’, ‘select’

I see the issue. That plot methods assume the expression is on a matrix table, rather than a matrix table or table. I’ll fix it, but in the meantime, you can promote skat\_table to a matrix table with [hl.MatrixTable.from\_rows\_table](https://hail.is/docs/devel/hail.MatrixTable.html#hail.MatrixTable.from_rows_table) first.
