Oops sorry, I missed your reply. Do you have the hail log file? That has the true error message that we need.

How many variants do you have? I’m surprised you’re running out of memory. Do you have your memory set to the maximum available? [Java Heap Space out of memory](https://discuss.hail.is/t/java-heap-space-out-of-memory/1575/6)
