Due to changes in the price of transferring data from a Google Cloud Storage multi-regional bucket to a regional bucket, we had to move our VEP reference data, Annotation DB datasets, and Datasets API datasets, into regional requester pays buckets.
If you’re encountering an error about buckets not existing, you should update to 0.2.128 which uses the new regional buckets.
