I have been trying to use the hail-deployment notebook from the Hail tutorial on databricks, and it is asking me to Download Hail’s Java and Python libraries built with the latest stable version of Hail for Spark 2.1.1 and Scala 2.11. I can not find these files to download. I click on the links and it sends to a google doc and asks me to request permission to access it.
