Future support of Elasticsearch version 8

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask if the hail.methods.export_elasticsearch() method will support Elasticsearch version 8 in the near future, since it supports Elasticsearch versions 6.8.x - 7.x.x. according to the documentation?

We don’t have plans to add version 8 support, but we welcome a pull request to add that support. My guess is that its a relatively easy change.
