Hail JAR not the right version of Spark

Hi there,

I’m using hail==0.2.38 on the cloud, and when I boot up hail I get the following warning:

2020-04-29 16:58:59 Hail: WARN: This Hail JAR was compiled for Spark 2.4.0, running with Spark 2.4.5.
  Compatibility is not guaranteed.

Because --image-version=1.4-debian9 has 2.4.5.

Not sure if this was known already but thought I should point it out

Yeah, this is fine. We have this warning out of an abundance of caution since there could be internal API changes within patch versions, but our tests pass against 2.4.5 when building against 2.4.0.
