Hey Hail team!
Looks like this question has come up peripherally before but has not been directly addressed recently. So the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium (PGC) data all lives on the Lisa cluster (https://userinfo.surfsara.nl/systems/lisa), and it would be great to be able to use Hail to run analyses on these datasets. Specifically in my case, I’ve built a pipeline with Hail that would be fantastic to run on these data and that would be tricky to recode in another language. I have been told there are some challenges with installing Hail on Lisa, but it would be an amazing resource to have there! Are there any plans on pushing forward installation on Lisa by any chance?
