Hi，my target phenotype is an ordinal variable with three categories. Thus, I want perform ordinal logistic regression on Hail. However, it seems that the current Hail can only perform linear regression for continuous and binary phenotypes, right?

Indeed, Hail does not currently support any type of ordinal regression.

Thanks a lot, danking! But I think it can be added to the later Hail to facilitate the GWAS analysis of UK Biobank data. Do you think so?

It is not on our short or medium term plans. I agree, in the long-term it is a desirable feature.
