PR #10695 Is going to fix your NDArray shape error (which was actually an error with memory management inside of hl.experimental.loop). Will dig into why the other approach led to Out of Memory next week.
Hail 0.2.74 released, fixes your NDArray shape error. Feel free to experiment / confirm it’s working appropriately. Haven’t dug into the OOM yet.
