Splitmulti and Import Plink bug fixes

  • Added an “edit” link to the documentation. This button allows you to quickly open a pull request to fix typos, update incorrect content, add your own examples, and more!
  • Fixed a bug in splitmulti. It was related to mininum allele representation and led to assertion errors. The fix involves forcing splitmulti to shuffle the dataset, making this command more expensive to run.
  • Fixed a bug in importplink, which appeared when importing large datasets.
