I have a question regarding using Hail on AWS to produce a matrix table for a big plink .bed file (~300Gb). I am trying to produce the matrix table from .bed, .bim and .fam plink files and constantly run into this error:
Py4JError: An error occurred while calling o67.parse_matrix_ir
Is this because the .bed file is too big?
