Inability to read VCF file

I am trying to read in a relative large joint called VCF file (~65 GB), but I am repeatedly getting this error when I am trying to do mt.count():

Hail version: 0.2.81-edeb70bc789c
Error summary: IllegalArgumentException: requirement failed

Would really appreciate if I am able to get some insights into what the issue was!
