Error Invalid partitioner

Hello,

I am working with Hail 2.80, and I having this error when trying to read in and perform an operation on a vcf file. This error never occurred when working on Hail 2.60.

Could someone please help me understand this?

This is a Hail bug. Pretty sure it was fixed in one of the last 5 versions, so just update to latest (0.2.98) and this should work.
