Can't import hail on Terra

I am trying to import hail in a Terra notebook and getting this error:

AttributeError: module ‘hail’ has no attribute ‘expr’

I know that this has been discussed elsewhere in the past (AttributeError: module 'hail' has no attribute 'expr' · Issue #6762 · hail-is/hail · GitHub), but I’m not sure what the user-level fix was. I am using the Terra hail environment with Python 3.7.9, Spark 2.4.5, and hail 0.2.62.

Could you raise this issue with the terra team? We don’t maintain the scripts that install Hail on Terra VMs.
